Threshold DVD and date for it

Sunday, April 30th, 2006

CBS’s Canceled show “Threshold” will be out on DVD August 22nd. The DVD will have all episodes that aired and all the unaired ones. In my opinion CBS screwed up by getting rid of this show. It was the best thing they had going for them, and they screwed it up. It even had a better plot that ABC’s “Invasion”. This show would of done better on any other network, but what can you do. So show your support for the show get the DVD and maybe networks will think twice about getting rid of shows.

Carnivale 2nd season DVD FINALLY

Friday, April 28th, 2006

HBO’s canceled show “Carnivale” the second season will be in stores July 18th. It has a hefty price of $99.98 for it. This show is worth the money, and I’m dying to know what happens since I missed it originally when it aired. All I can say after watching the first season I was hooked than sad to learn the show ended.

NEWS on FINAL Season of THAT 70′s SHOW

Wednesday, April 19th, 2006

We all should know FOX’s “That 70′s Show” is in its final season . FOX has decided that an hour isn’t long enough for a show like this. The week before the show ends on may 18th fox is going to show a clip show of sorts. “That ’70s Show: The Final Goodbye” is scheduled to air Thursday, May 11, at the rather odd starting time of 8:37 p.m. ET (a seven-minute preview of the movie “X-Men: The Last Stand” airs at 8:30 that night). The almost 90-minute retrospective will take a look at the show’s evolution over eight seasons and feature a multitude of clips from its history. If you ask me ya the show had its run, but will be remembered forever in TV history. I would like to see a spin off show. Only certin shows can pull off a spin off show and get ratings, and “That 70′s Show” is one of them. The clip show will include outtakes from memorable episodes and previously unseen footage that didn’t make final cut, as well as a look at the final week of production on the series, which debuted in the fall of 1998. It will also include interviews with members of the cast and crew, along with past guest stars like Luke Wilson, Brooke Shields and Bruce Willis. “That ’70s Show” is one of the longest-running scripted shows currently on FOX — trailing only “The Simpsons” and “King of the Hill.” It’s also lasted longer than all but three other comedies in the network’s history: the two aforementioned animated shows and “Married … with Children.” The May 18 finale will be the show’s 200th episode.

The Best News a "24" fan could here

Monday, April 10th, 2006

This season of FOX’s “24″ has its ups and downs. Nothing seems to make sense. Like killing off main characters and the crazy plot that keeps on twisting and turning. Well the good news is you don’t have to worry about Jack dying. Kiefer Sutherland just signed a new contract that will keep him on the show till 2009. So we don’t have to worry about our beloved show dying anytime soon. He will soon be one of the highest paid actors on television.

Peabody Awards

Saturday, April 8th, 2006

Congratulations to the shows that have just won Peabody awards. This years winners are FOX’s “House”, Comedy Central’s “South Park”, FX’s “The Shield”, SCI-FI’s “Battlestar Galactica”, and some others not worth mentioning. I personally am glad to see that “House” and “South Park” won.
