This is a first hand look at the DVD cases for The Simpsons DVD sets Season 6-10 I posted a previous blog about season 6 and its release date, but I don’t have the release dates for seasons 7-10 yet, but I will post them.

Later on this year or sometime in the beginning of next year the sequel to 10.5 will begin airing on NBC. Carlos Bernard (“24″) will be seen in the forthcoming disaster flick, 10.5 Apocalypse. Apocalypse promises to be more apocalyptical than the original, which was merely disastrous. It tells the story of an earthquake that hits the United States, and the resulting chaos that ensues as humanity attempts to deal with it.

Coming January 1st to fox is a new show called “The Loop”. As we reach our early 20s and face the daunting challenges of real life, there are those who choose to embark on a career path and those who’d rather goof off with pals. And then, every so often, there’s someone who sets out to do both. Set in Chicago, THE LOOP is the story of SAM (Bret Harrison, Grounded for Life), the youngest executive at the corporate headquarters of a major airline, and the first of his friends to get a real job. He must find a way to straddle his serious career and the serious social demands of his roommates. One roommate, SULLY (Eric Christian Olsen, Dumb and Dumberer,Tru Calling), is Sam’s older and rowdier brother, whose casual attempts to hold down a series of odd jobs are eclipsed by his attempts to land women. The other roommate, PIPER, is a medical student, Sam’s college pal and unbeknownst to her his longtime crush. As Sam strives to meet the relentless demands of his boss, RUSS (Philip Baker Hall, Seinfeld,Bruce Almighty), dodge the nonstop advances of his colleague, MERYL (Mimi Rogers, Austin Powers,Hope and Faith), and turn his best-friendship with Piper into romance, he is, by turns, ambitious, exhausted and inspired. Moreover, he is a hero for everyone who has ever tried to work hard and play hard at the same time.

“Weeds” is a new show coming to Showtime on August 7th.This new comedy series is a single-camera comedy about a single mother who makes ends meet by selling marijuana in suburban Los Angeles. Produced by Lions Gate Television in association with Tilted Productions, Weeds has received a 10-episode commitment. The series exposes the dirty little secrets that lie behind the pristine lawns and shiny closed doors of homes in the fictional town of Agrestic, California. Mary Louise Parker stars as a suburban mom who resorts to selling weed to support her family after her husband unexpectedly dies. Jenji Kohan will executive produce and write.

Once or Twice a week I will start to post TV items like , autographs or worn props that sort of thing. But cause there is so many I could post I will limit it to Five items.. Fox always has shows on the back burner. Mostly they want to find the best way to get ratings. So even some of the shows that get the most ratings get pushed aside till fox thinks its the right time and date to start a new season. Well at first fox said Nicole Richie wouldn’t be in the 4th season of the simple life. Instead Rob Stewart’s daughter Kimberly was supposed to team up with Paris for the fourth season. One reason the show was pushed aside was because of the relationship between Paris and Nicole. Neither would say what was wrong. But if you ask me I think its because Nicole got engaged, and Paris probably thought she’d be all alone. But there’s other rumors that Nicole is Bi-sexual, and may have asked Paris something she didn’t like. But again who knows. Apparently they will both be together for another season, but No production schedule or air date for the next “Simple Life” has been set.
